How to attach files to a template?

In order to attach documents to a template, upload them to Google Drive (or Dropbox) and insert the link into your template.

Google Drive:

  1. Sign into Google Drive
  2. Click on the New button at the top left of the window to upload a file (you can also use the drag and drop).
  3. Click on the file you want to share and click on the Share button.
  4. At the top right, click on the Get shareable link button.
  5. Make sure that the link is shareable (e.g Anyone with the link can view this file).
  6. Copy the link to your clipboard and paste it inside your template.

Every time you send an email with this template, the recipient will have the file attached to the email:

Dropbox:

  1. Sign in to your Dropbox.
  2. Click the Upload button at the top of the window.
  3. A window will appear. Click the Choose File button and then select the file on your computer that you'd like to add to your Dropbox.
  4. Choose as many files as you like, and then click the Done button.
  5. Open your file, and click on the Share button.
  6. A window will appear. If a link hasn’t been created, click on the Create a link button.
  7. Make sure that the link is shareable (e.g Anyone with the link can view this file).
  8. Copy the link to your clipboard and paste it inside your template.
